Practices include mindful sensual massage and kissing practices. You’ll learn to slow down, let go of judgment, and use curiosity to learn more about yourself, your partner, and how the two of you interact.

Building on the mutual love and connection you have deepened so far on this journey, now the focus is on honoring each other’s yoni as a sacred source of power. In this ritual, you will take turns being the active and passive participant, and both have the opportunity to become present to your own genitals and your partner’s yoni in a way you may never have before. 

During this cervical awakening ritual, you’ll activate a wand with your life force energy.
