Course overview
Module 1: The Ancient History of Psychedelic Cervix
The process begins with re-remembering what our ancestors once knew. You will learn the path of sacred sexuality in the West. This video class is followed by home practices. Then you will have a scheduled 30 min coaching session to get your questions answered.
Module 2: Moving from fight/flight/freeze to relaxation
We begin to attune to the mind-body-spirit connection through science, using biofeedback, which provides real-time data about how your body is finding balance. Private 30 min coaching then helps you understand your biofeedback results.
Module 3: Pleasure & Self-Esteem
Learn the psychology of pleasure and why from utero your brain has required pleasure. In this module we discuss the connection between sexual pleasure and mental health. We'll explore cultural messaging that blocks our ability to perceive pleasure.
Module 4: Working with Subtle Energy
You will learn the science of subtle energy & sexuality and how to attune to this energy during self-pleasure practice. During your coaching session, you'll have an opportunity to ask questions and get further individual guidance.
Module 5: Heart & Electromagnetic Energy
You will learn the power of activating your heart and the electromagnetic field that it generates. If you have lived with your heart shut down, this is an opportunity to heal and be renewed. You will receive 1-1 support during this process.
Module 6: Surrender as Sacred
During this module, you will learn an entirely new way to understand surrender and how to do it without feeling disempowered. Each woman's history is unique, so her experience of surrender is distinct. Once you've completed the video and home practices for this module, during coaching, you will have an opportunity to get personal guidance.
Module 7: Cervical Activation
This is a deep dive into cervical pleasure and awakening. We don't use de-armouring and you will learn why. Instead we use practices that release the full pleasure potential of your cervix. You will have the opportunity to discuss your breakthroughs during 1-1 coaching.
Module 8: Transformation through Pleasure
The final module serves as a wrap-up of all that you have learned, as well as ways for you to continue evolving your experience after the course is over. You will receive a variety of home practices to do that. After you have completed this module, you will have your final 1-1 video coaching session with Dr. Jenny
